The laser half genuinely works — checked it against a few known distances around the house and it was accurate and fast. The tape half is the disappointment: it’s a completely ordinary spring-steel tape with a digital screen bolted on for the laser mode, not a real hybrid measurement. For the price of a decent standalone laser, not worth it.
