Pros & cons

Does what it says at 35W. Fan is loud enough that I moved it off the desk.

Does what it says on the tin at the loads I actually use — steady around 35W, agrees with a known-good bench supply within a couple of percent. The fan is the real complaint: it’s loud enough under sustained load that I stopped running it on my desk and moved it to a shelf across the room.
